MKMMA Week 8: Love Em Up

Scroll II - Love Em Up!!!

"My love melts all hearts liken to the sun whose rays soften the coldest clay"

Last week I graduated from IIN and I am now a fully certified health coach, I have taken some of the things I have learned from the school, (which actually follows along with what we have been talking about in the MKMMA), and applied it to how I talk to people at work, on the street, at dance, etc, and it's amazing. The #1 thing I was taught as a health coach is to "Love People Up." listen to them with Love, See them with love, and Respond to them with love. even if it is silent.  Over the last 2 weeks I have seen noticed a change in myself when I find myself in a negative situation, I focus on loving what is happening and knowing that it has to end sometime and that it won't determine the rest of your life unless you let it.

I have been really focusing on trying to not have opinions, or at least share them, and I have found that instead of responding with a complimenting answer, I'll ask people questions: why do they think that way? What makes the situation less than positive? It's kept me away from to many opinion sharings and i've actually seen people go from having a negative outlook on a situation to seeing it with positivity because they're not just going by what everyone else has said they're realizing how they actually think about something.

The law of forgiveness talks about how we cannot have anger in our lives if we wish to flourish in our desires. We have to be able to forgive ourselves if we have negative thoughts enter. When I have negative thoughts I go and sit by myself and say "I love you, I love what just happened, and I love everyone involved." at first it was weird and a bit uncomfortable, but now it's like a like mantra I use to bring my mind and body to a centered, peaceful state.

8.18) The Law of Attraction will certainly and unerringly bring you to the conditions, environment, and experiences in life, corresponding with your habitual, characteristic, predominant mental attitude. Not what you think once in a while when you're in church, or have just read a good book, BUT your predominant mental attitude is what counts.

8.21) People say they desire an abundant life, and so they do, but so many interpret this to mean that if they will exercise their muscles or breather scientifically, eat certain foods in certain ways, drink so many glasses of water everyday of just the certain temperature, keep out of drafts, they will attain the abundant life they seek. The result of such methods is but different. However, when man awakens to the truth, and affirms with all his life, he finds that he takes on the clear eye, the elastic step, the vigor of youth; he finds that he has discovered the source of all power.

These two paragraphs stuck out to me the most, at the beginning of the course I thought "oh, i'll read my dmp a few times and soon my desires will manifest,." but as weeks went on I realized that I have to actively think about it, and make it happen by creating the image of it happening in my mind, with it being my burning desire I have found that I think about it ALL the time. And when I am at peace with world within I see what I like to call "sings" all over the place. Little things that say "you're on the right path"  I am moving to Italy, and everywhere I go I find something that points to Italy, whether it's an italian restaurant, the flag, the colors, a word from italian, a picture of Italy. I see them everywhere. When I see these signs I am usually in the middle of a service to myself or others and loving every moment of it.
