Grain Free Tropical Burger
  1. 1 Mango, sliced
  2. 1 lb Grass-fed, Organic Ground Beef
  3. Handful of Spinach
  4. 1 Red Onion
  5. 1 tsp. Garlic
  6. 1 1/2 tsp. Paprika
  7. 1 tsp. Salt,
  8. 1 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  1. Thaw out the ground beef and place in a medium sized bowl
  2. Mix Salt, Pepper, Paprika, and Garlic with the meat and create 5 patties
  3. Place on grill and cook first side for 6-7 minutes then flip the patties to the other side for another 6-7 minutes
  4. While the second side is cooking, place the mango slices onto the grill and flip them after 2 minutes, cook the second side until the burgers are done.
  5. Once they are fully cooked place the spinach on the plate and put the burger on top and add the onion and mango slices
  6. Enjoy!!
  1. Make sure to use a spatula when removing the mangos, they get fragile when they heat up.
