Banana Blueberry Smoothie

I usually don't like smoothies with greens in them because I tend to over do it with the greens and then it tastes like one of those bitter green juices the have celery extract in them. I don't know about you, but for me celery extract is just about the worst thing I could drink. ​But this morning I was feeling like trying out a green smoothie, and the results were far better than I had anticipated!

I looked around the kitchen to see what we actually had to put in it and I found Blueberries, Bananas, Kale, and Spinach it sounded good to me so I thought I'd give it a go​...

Banana Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
  1. 1 Banana (Frozen or Fresh)
  2. 1/2 Cup Blueberries
  3. 1 Cup Goat Milk Kefir ( I used Redwood Hill Farm)
  4. 1/4 Cup Kale
  5. 1/4 Cup Spinach
Instructions
  1. Blend together in either a blender or I used a Nutribullet RX
  2. and Enjoy!
